Only a Game

Thick, black smoke pours out of the abandon houses
Spiders weave webs in the broken window
The ripped curtains blow with the cold wind
Blood spatters linger on the dirty tattered carpet
Disembodied screams echo through the narrow hallways

Fog rises outside the forest
But inside lies something much worse
The clowns come crawling up the wells
And they wake the undead from their beds
Their red balloons fly into the sky as they fled
And they come closer, come closer, come closer

The dolls on the shelves turn their heads waiting for a chance
Their pretty painted faces watch as you walk through the hallways
Sally reaches for you asking if you want to play her game
But its already a game
They chase you through the groaning hallways
Their voices echo through the halls

Bats scream in the broken graveyard
The fog blinds as you scream
The heavy rain pounds on you as you run
A hand reaches up and takes your hand as you scream in terror
A scream ringes out across the broken graveyard

The dolls on the shelves take steps toward you
Their pretty painted faces watch as you take steps back
Sally reaches for you asking if you want to play her game
But its already a game
They chase you through the moaning hallways
Their voices echo through the halls
But its only a game
