American rapper, Daniel Hernandez or better known as Tekashi 69 cause of death at 24 was released in a big rumor.

According to reports, Tekashi 69 had a medical emergency recently as he was hospitalized after he overdosed on caffeine and a weight loss supplement.

The Huzlers wrote: “His 14 year-old boyfriend Julio Gomez found the rapper unconscious and called the paramedics immediately after he couldn’t wake him up he was pronounced dead at the scene.”

On the other hand, news of a 6ix9ine overdose was sparked on social media today; nevertheless, very few knew the ordeal’s extent. Taking to Instagram, DJ Akademiks wrote on The Shade Room report on 6ix9ine’s overdose, noting that the rapper is doing just fine. “This is true.. lol he finally realizes he needs a trainer, not no CVS products.
