Lesbian- Usually refers to a woman who has a romantic and/or sexual orientation toward women. Some nonbinary people also identify with this term. 

A lesbian is normally a woman who is only attracted to women, usually they do not sleep with men, kiss men, or hav =e any kind of sexual contact with them. They are exclusively attracted to women. 

Recently i have heard of the term "lesbian man" i havent learned much about it but from my understanding it is a man who identifies as a lesbian (they only date and sleep with women) With my inexperience with this term, i dont know much about it... but i think its safe to say that a lesbian man (sorry if I'm using the wrong term plz correct me) can identify as a man, woman, agender, genderfluid, bigender, non-binary, or anything they like.
