um  i feel like on eknow understands me or gets why im like this but im scared sad hurting so much and the other day i was crying so hard i felt mad sad so many emtions

and i didnt like it but i couldn´t stop crying so i tryed not to yell it was so sad that i didnt yell   all i wanted to do but nope cant do anything without

getting hurt without hurting me or loved ones, the close people to me  what should i do i dont know anymore i cant take the pain anymore
